This is the first post of what I hope to be a multipart post over the next several weeks and months. You see my blog is brand new and it is going to be changing, on an almost daily basis, a tiny tweak here a huge change there. Then as it finally coalesces into something I really like and want the changes will slow down. Some will be easy to spot; others will be in the background, the machinery of the blog.
The thing about creating, building and running a blog, especially when visitors come to see it, is they never really see the work and the changes that take place to create the very blog they are now viewing.
If part of your focus is to create your own blog, would it not be a help to see how someone else went about creating theirs almost on a step by step basis?
I have searched around trying to find someone who did that to no real avail. There are bound to be some out there, but not so easy to find. So when nothing is out there to follow, it can be quite daunting for newbies.
If you are in that position you might be asking is it too much work, too techy, too much time?
My hope when you follow this development blog post is that you will find it is not as difficult as you first thought, at least the basics anyway.
There is a lot to take in and learn, there are lots of bits and bobs, bells and whistles you should, could, or might want to add.
If you take the time to learn, then not only is it easier than you thought, but it can be a lot of fun building something you can be proud of.
As my blog is at the beginning stage in my next post, next Friday I will go over the general things I did to reach this point. I won’t be techy or go into massive detail; I will keep it hopefully as simple and direct as I can.
My aim with this develop blog post is to show what I go through and have to do, and ultimately build a real step by step setting up guide for those who really need help, using this blog as a template. So in these posts you can follow what I did and eventually you will be able to see exactly what I did step by step.
A simple thing like a blog can be a real hurdle for many more than some may think, let’s make it simpler together.
